Starting January 16th the director of SYA, Hannah will be on maternity leave. We are still open with a full rescue of donkeys and mules. Things are being managed by all of our awesome SYA team members who have stepped up to the plate to keep SYA up and running while Hannah and her family enjoy a small maternity leave with their new baby. If you would like to schedule a time to come visit, are interested in volunteering or have an adoption inquirie please reach out to Laura at Lgroat1188@gmail.com or text (603) 558-0965 Please note that during the winter months we limit our visits to 35 minutes, and 5 people maximum for visitors at this time, and tours and visit windows are Mondays- Fridays at this time from 10-12. We do not charge for visits but donations are welcome and appreciated!
Visit the Rescue
If you are curious about donkeys and mules and would like to come meet some first hand, reach out to set up an appointment to come visit some long ears. We are open by appointment. It does not cost anything to come visit, but a donation or shopping in our merch building during your visit are very much appreciated. We are tucked away off the beaten path in Marlborough NH. Our address is 35 Bush St. Marlborough, NH 03455. Please reach out to set up a visit as the rescue is located at the home of Hannah and Trevor.
